Qi & Prana in partnership with The Yoga Tree Okinawa is excited to share Sacred Return Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher Training in Okinawa! This 200-hour Yoga Alliance approved teacher training is a deep dive into the sacred, empowering, and healing practices of Yoga and Ayurveda.

The Teacher Training includes 6 weekend intensives and classes on most Tuesdays & Thursdays from September-February.
Location: The Yoga Tree Okinawa
Time: 9am-4pm
Sept 8-9: Intro to Yoga and Ayurveda...on and off the mat
Oct 5-6: Integrated Yoga Anatomy and trauma informed considerations
Nov 2-3: Mindful Movement, Asana, and Intro to Pranayama
Dec 7-8: Asana, Sound, Mudra & Yoga Nidra
Jan 11-12: Asana & Meditation
Feb 8-9: Being a Yoga Teacher & Final Graduation at a special retreat location in Okinawa
Tuesday & Thursdays: 9:30am-1:30pm
