5 weekend intensives diving into the sacred, healing, and empowering practices of Yoga and Ayurveda. Each weekend includes education, practice, and discussion. Sept 8-9: Intro to Yoga and Ayurveda...on and off the mat

Oct 5-6: Integrated Yoga Anatomy and trauma informed considerations

Nov 2-3: Mindful Movement, Asana, and Intro to Pranayama

Dec 7-8: Asana, Sound, Mudra & Yoga Nidra

Jan 11-12: Asana & Meditation
