You graduated from a life changing yoga teacher training and now you're realizing,
SACRED RETURN is a global community of yoga teachers, like you, looking for mentorship, supportive community, and refresher courses so you can integrate what you've learned into your life and offerings.
SACRED RETURN is a place for you to continue heart-centered, raw, and real conversations about theory and practice, intention and impact, and science and spirit in a space that values diversity, transparent conversations, and personal growth.
SACRED RETURN leads with love, curiosity, and dignity. No one has all the answers. No one will always get it right. Having a mentor and group you can lean into when things feel unbareable, confusing, and uncomfortable is key to not getting stuck or stopping. We use the Yamas, Niyamas, and the sacred texts of yoga to guide us.
With live weekly Zoom practice labs and community gatherings, refresher courses, and continuing education, you'll find support in uncovering your strengths as a teacher, what makes you stand out, and how to lead with integrity and confidence.
The world does not need more asana teachers. It needs teachers who are willing to live their Yoga, to do the inner-work, sit in discomfort, and use the fuel of this sacred work to see and create awakening and healing in their communities.
As you experienced in your own life, yoga is powerful, healing, and life-affirming.
Life after a teacher training can also be lonely and confusing.
You find yourself in the midst of being a worldly yogi on a spiritual path among people who just don’t get you as your yoga sisters and brothers did in your teacher training.
Yoga was never meant to be figured out alone.
Whether you just graduated or took your teacher training years ago, having a yoga mentor and community to integrate all the information you learned, continue to cultivate the seeds that your teachers and books planted, and a safe place to dive into the subtle, sacred, and science all-in-one is hard to find. That's why SACRED RETURN was established.
Here you can talk the spiritual talk, the deep, dark, messy, confusing aspects of awakening, healing, and becoming, and know people will be nodding their heads because they get you, are willing to hold space for you, and know your liberation is tied to theirs.
What I’ve found around the world are yoga teachers, like you, who have been deeply touched by the practices and wisdom of yoga.
You committed a lot of time (and money) to learn more and become a "yoga teacher."
Your yoga teacher training was more than you ever expected. It was life-changing.
Then you graduated. You and your yoga sisters and brothers took off to spread your wings and fly.
And that’s when you realized, "WHAT NOW?!"

Meet your host
Becoming an international Yoga and Ayurveda educator and facilitator was never the "plan," but after 18 years of living, breathing, studying, and sharing Yoga, Ayurveda, and Chinese Medicine nourishing life practices around the globe, I find myself offering more and more mentorship, business, and healing support to Yoga Teachers. And, I LOVE IT!
My experience goes beyond the mat and into the world of traumatic healing, subtle energy modalities, and modern allopathic medicine. After a life designed to enter western medical school, my own lifelong digestive challenges, chronic pain, cystic acne, and emotional suffering due to trauma lead me to seek more holistic forms of healing. I became so obsessed with the whole-person experience I felt and experienced through Yoga and Ayurveda, I wanted to know more. I wanted to know the whys, the hows, and all the ins-out-outs of Asian Medicine. Abandoning my dreams of being an orthopedic hand surgeon, I graduated from Pacific College of Health Sciences with a Masters Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine (yes, I’m a Licensed Acupuncturist in the United States), continued to study yoga with various teachers and lineages, and studied Ayurveda with some of the most renowned Ayurveda doctors in the United States. I am a life-long learner and will always consider myself a student of these ancient wisdom traditions.
In the past decade, I have co-created and co-lead teacher trainings, created and co-lead yoga and wellness retreats in the United States, Costa Rica, and the Kingdom of Bahrain, taught at corporations and corporate conferences, taught at small studios and big gyms, taught private clients in my own clinic to therapeutic yoga in a major military hospital, created Integrated Yoga Anatomy curriculum and manual for Yoga Teacher Trainings, co-founded Kingdom of Bahrain’s first certified SUP yoga classes and a SUP Yoga Teacher Training, developed and lead my own 200-hour yoga teacher training in Okinawa, Japan, helped run studios, support yoga studio owners, lead workshops for yoga teachers, and have taught for every age and a variety of abilities. Again, this was never "the plan" but I admit, I am obsessed with all things Yoga, Ayurveda, and Chinese Medicine.
Enough about me. I want to know more about you! Please send me an email and tell me what you love about yoga or what questions you have about SACRED RETURN.
Is SACRED RETURN right for you?
Maybe you’re the reading-type and you just want to read everything possible before you click or fill-out anything.
I get you. You’ve Got Questions — I’ve Got Answers
Sacred Return is right for you if:
You finished a yoga teacher training and are now asking yourself, “Now what?”
You are feeling alone after your training and want to stay connected to a community because you really loved the discussions and accountability with other heart-centered yogis.
You fell more in love with yoga during your training but now realized you didn’t really learn “how to teach.”
You want someone to help you integrate and digest the information you learned in your training without investing in a 300-hour yoga teacher training (maybe later, but for now you’re ready to get comfortable with the information you learned).
You wish you felt as good off the mat as you do on the mat. Yoga has helped your health and life in so many ways but there are these issues that keep bothering you.
You want to learn more about Ayurveda and how to integrate it into your yogi-inspired life.
You started teaching but deep inside you still doubt yourself and have sooooo many questions.
You are looking for mentorship by an experienced Yoga and Ayurveda teacher who has a knack of making complex concepts practical and easier to understand.
You are excited about receiving support and encouragement from other yoga teachers who took different training from yours so you can broaden your perspective and learn from others in a heart-centered, open forum.
You are ready to unleash your self-expressed essence as a modern yogi in a busy world.
You want to learn more about Ayurveda and how this wisdom is deeply connected to Yoga, healing, and your own personal growth and connection.
You consider yourself a modern yoga teacher. The yoga teacher who still lives a busy modern life with to-do lists, places to go, and people to see. Another way of putting this, you’re not living in an ashram or living a monastic yogi lifestyle.
You value and love self-growth, finding solutions, and being a pro-active participant in your life and your community.
