On the outside, you are doing a lot.  People look up to you.  You have a lot to share and a lot to say.  Behind the feel-good endorphins of being a person who is kind, loving, and extremely giving, you might be suffering, pushing aside, or covering up physical and emotional pain.  


You have decided you are ready to make a difference in your life.  You are tired of being tired.  You are ready to be present, nourish your unique wholeness, and set an example for your family and others. You are ready to heal, awaken, and liberate yourself, so you can give back to others more freely.

I see you.  Because that's me too.


The simple, yet powerful, nourishing life practices and wisdom from Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and Yoga helped me heal and manage my lifelong digestion issues, learn how to manage the stress of being a perfectionist, clear cystic acne, and find freedom from excruciating full-body pain, all while gaining work-life balance and learning how to honor and listen to the wise voice within, sometimes referred to as intuition. Now I'm on a mission to fill the gaps in the struggling U.S. healthcare system by focusing on helping as many women, of all ages, heal as possible through holistic, trauma-informed, Dignity-Centered Medicine.
