Aloha & Namaste!
The host of ALIGNED, a global community of modern yoga teachers looking for mentorship and supportive community. As a Licensed Acupuncture and international Yoga and Ayurveda educator, I mentor and support yoga teachers around the globe to find alignment, joy, and healing on and off the mat. I have a knack for making the ancient wisdom traditions of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Chinese Medicine easy-to-understand and practical so you can make the most out of your day, season, and stage of life with more ease and less guessing.
Healing is Possible
You are amazing and the world needs what you have
On the outside, you are doing a lot. People look up to you. You have a lot to share and a lot to say. Behind the feel-good endorphins of being a person who is kind, loving, and extremely giving, you might be suffering, pushing aside, or covering-up physical and emotional pain. This pain may be suffering.
You have decided you are ready to make a difference in your life. You are ready to unleash your inner-Wonder Woman and inner-Buddha and know how to flow between them so you can be present, take care of yourself, and set an example for others. You are ready to get out of your own way and feel good...dare I say, amazing!
I see you. I get you. I remember.
The simple, yet powerful, nourishing life practices and wisdom from Yoga, Ayurveda, and Chinese Medicine helped me heal and manage my lifelong digestion issues, learn how to manage the stress of being a perfectionist, clear cystic acne, and find freedom from fibromyalgia (excruciating full-body pain), all while gaining work-life balance and learning how to honor and listen to the wise voice within, sometimes referred to as intuition. Now I'm passionate about sharing these nourishing life practices with women around the globe.
With compassion, humor, adventure, support, and lots of Aloha, you'll learn how to reclaim your sense of Self beyond your diagnosis, return to the sacredness of life, nourish your whole being, and feel empowered to shine from the inside-out.
What's most important to me is that you spend more time feeling nourished with less physical and emotional pain and suffering, so you can get out there and make a difference in the lives of your clients and students. Are you ready to be the change?
I hated needles too.
Fueled by my own unrelenting health issues and an inner-fire to truly find freedom from pain and suffering, I, ultimately, chose the path less taken. I was terrified of needles when I began Acupuncture school. Life is funny that way, isn't it?
