Have questions or want to meet Dr. Haunani before committing to one of her courses or classes? Schedule a 15 minute introduction call.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact Haunani by phone call, text (202.375.9729) or email (qiandprana@gmail.com) to reschedule or cancel your appointment. A refund minus a 10% administration fee will be refunded if you cancel prior to 12 hours notice. You may also transfer fees paid to a future scheduled appointment. For package payments, refunds may be requested in writing for the unused sessions. Used sessions will be charged at the standard rate ($180/90 min session and $120/50 min session). These standard charges plus a 10% administration fee will be deducted from the package plan. The remainder will be refunded to you. All appointments canceled with less than 12 hours notice, or appointments missed without communication, will not be refunded. Please contact Haunani about rescheduling as an option. We do recognize that emergencies happen and we will be happy to consider these on an individual basis. Thank you for understanding.
