Cancellation Policy

Please contact Haunani by phone call, text (202.375.9729) or email (qiandprana@gmail.com) to reschedule or cancel your appointment. A refund minus a 10% administration fee will be refunded if you cancel prior to 12 hours notice. You may also transfer fees paid to a future scheduled appointment. All appointments canceled with less than 12 hours notice, or appointments missed without communication, will not be refunded. We do recognize that emergencies happen and we will be happy to consider these on an individual basis. Thank you for understanding.
