I specialize in holistic wellness classes and workshops teaching you how to integrate Chinese Medicine, Acupressure, Ayurveda, and Yoga into your busy life. I love sharing these simple, yet powerful, practices and tools with people, like you, who are ready to make a difference in their life and the world around them. Ayurveda Approach to Detox
Many people begin making changes to their life based on their recommended Ayurveda dosha or personal constitution only to discover nothing is changing. The amount of congestion in your body and mind may be inhibiting your ability to find balance.
In this class, you'll:
Take a simple test to find out your level of congestion.
Discuss how to remove congestion from your body and mind.

These workshops integrate the wisdom and practical tools of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and Yoga. This workshop series includes two workshops each season:
Seasonal Wisdom covers the natural rhythms, energies, qualities, and tendencies of each season so you can begin practicing preventative medicine in your life.
Meridians & Yoga covers Chinese Medicine meridians for the season, acupressure points, and how to integrate this into your yoga practice.
For healthcare professionals and yoga teachers, you will take this information to better prepare your students and clients for the upcoming challenges that face us each season.
